Quotes are indicative

Prices shown on this site, including the $1.4M AUD bunker and $1.2M AUD panic room figures and all configurator totals, are indicative estimates in Australian dollars.

They are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price is only established in a signed written contract following site and geotechnical assessment.

Site conditions and approvals

Final scope, price and programme depend on ground conditions, access, services, water table and regulatory approvals at your specific site.

Obtaining development approval is a shared process. We prepare and coordinate documentation, but we cannot guarantee any authority's decision or timeframe.

Performance statements

Statements about protection, autonomy duration and system capacity describe engineering design intent for shelters built, maintained and operated as specified.

No shelter can guarantee survival in every conceivable event. Occupant outcomes depend on preparation, maintenance, stored supplies and how the shelter is used.

Maintenance and warranty

Structural and system warranties are set out in your contract and require adherence to the documented maintenance and inspection schedule.

Unauthorised modification of the shell, seals, filtration or power systems may void applicable warranties.

Our quote builders open a pre-filled email in your own email application. Sending that email does not create a contract or reserve a build slot.

Email is not a secure channel. Please avoid including sensitive personal or financial details in an enquiry.
