Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 July 2026
Who we are
Fortis Substrata Pty Ltd is based in Kilsyth, Victoria, Australia. We design and install underground bunkers and hardened panic rooms.
This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, general site or suburb location, and the configuration selections you make in our quote builders.
We do not require an account, we do not sell products online, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we collect it
Our quote builders and enquiry buttons open a pre-filled email in your own email application. Nothing is submitted or stored by this website until you choose to send that email.
That means the information reaches us the same way any email does — through our email provider — rather than through a database on this site.
How we use it
To prepare and discuss your quote, to arrange site assessment, and to deliver and support your project.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Client confidentiality
Client identity, site location and shelter configuration are treated as confidential. We do not publish them, and we share details with suppliers and contractors only to the extent required to build your project.
Any imagery on this site is our own reference material or is published with the written consent of the owner.
Storage and security
Project correspondence and documentation are held in access-controlled systems. This site is served over HTTPS.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies or run third-party tracking pixels. Standard hosting logs may record technical request data for security and reliability purposes.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email scottyjfox@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
